Thank you for shopping with us. We currently ship physical products such as prints, books, puzzles, and select merchandise.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within [3–7 business days]. Some products may require additional production time, especially made-to-order prints, framed products, books, limited releases, or preorder items.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Under FTC guidance for online orders, sellers should ship within the time promised. If no shipping timeframe is stated, orders generally must ship within 30 days, or the seller must notify the buyer and offer the option to cancel or receive a refund. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or applied based on the product, order value, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other issues outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping
